I knew the personal cost of putting everybody and everything before myself.

As an ex headteacher and now senior leader within a large educational organisation I know the personal cost of putting everybody and everything before myself. My need  for external validation and my battle against imposter syndrome was keeping me stuck in a loop of long hours and people-pleasing. Cressida's open, trusting, space-giving, yet gently challenging approach, gave me exactly what I needed. Her ability to ask encouraging but pointed questions helped me focus and identify patterns I hadn’t previously considered. The embodiment work was a game changer for me and has led me to new ways of being and living professionally and personally that I never anticipated at the start of my Coaching with Cressida

Coaching helped me do some deep thinking and find my own answers.

 I am a senior leader in a large international school, and  have recently had Coaching with Cressida I found her 12 week programme to be exceptionally powerful, with Cressida’s coaching central to its impact. The One of Many powertypes framework she introduced was enormously helpful, offering both practical and deeply insightful ways to understand patterns in my leadership and new ways of working that are better in terms of both professional outcomes, and my wellbeing. Each coaching session felt purposeful, with Cressida skillfully prompting deeper thinking and helping me find my own answers thanks to her perceptive questioning skills. 

I was at a personal and professional crossroads looking for direction 

Coaching with Cressida came at the perfect time for me. I was at a crossroads in both my career and personal life - I was feeling really torn and pulled in many directions. Working with Cressida over 12 weeks gave me the insights and tools that I needed to make some major life decisions. Cressida provided a balance of listening with gentle challenging and helped me to see things from a completely different perspective. It gave me the courage to make some major decisions and I am now feel so much happier and more fulfilled .

I was feeling overwhelmed, too busy and short of time

Before I began Coaching with Cressida I was feeling overwhelmed, too busy and short of time.

By the end of our 12 weeks working together, I was still busy but it didn’t feel like it. Cressida is a great listener and she helped me to find ways to tweak what I do day to day and how I think about what I am doing. I see things from a different perspective now.  I am still very busy and am getting lots done, but my life now feels more spacious and I feel like I have more time for fun. In short, I feel a lot happier with my life!
